About the role

As a Livi Independent Prescriber, you will provide safe, effective, and patient-focused care via video, telephone or asynchronously. You will assess, diagnose, and manage a range of acute and minor conditions, offering treatment and prescribing where appropriate, in line with Livi’s clinical protocols.

You will:

• Assess and where appropriate prescribe medication for ours or our partners service users

• Prescribe appropriately and safely, offering clear medication advice and management plans.

• Integrate evidence-based, drug treatments into service user journeys

• Be able to recognise any safeguarding concerns and act accordingly

• Promote health and wellbeing through education, prevention, and self-care strategies.

What we’re looking for

• A registered Nurse, Pharmacist, or Allied Health Professional.

• V300 Non-Medical Prescribing qualification (Independent Prescriber).

• Experience making prescribing decisions autonomously.

• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.

• Confident using digital systems and conducting remote consultations.

• Adaptable, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent patient care.
