About the Role
As a Marketing & Communications Associate for Livi France, you will play a key role in executing marketing, PR, and content initiatives to strengthen our brand presence and drive engagement. This role is hands-on and operational, ensuring seamless execution of always-on marketing activities and larger campaigns across the full media channel mix. You will collaborate closely with agencies and internal teams to create impactful marketing materials and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Marketing Execution – Implement the French marketing plan, ensuring smooth execution of always-on initiatives and campaigns. Work closely with agencies and internal teams to produce and distribute marketing materials across relevant channels.
🔹 PR, Communications & Cultural Moments – Collaborate with our PR agency to identify and leverage relevant cultural moments and trends. Support both brand PR and corporate PR efforts, including media outreach, press material development, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communications.
🔹 Social Media Management – Oversee and manage local social media channels, ensuring engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives. Monitor performance and optimize content accordingly.
🔹 Content Production – Assist in the creation and localization of marketing content, including social media assets, blog articles, email campaigns, and digital ads. Work with designers and copywriters to adapt content for the French market.
🔹 Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, ensuring continuous optimization of campaigns and activities.
Key Skills & Experience
🔹 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications ideally within a fast-paced or digital environment
🔹 Ability to implement and track marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies with measurable results.
🔹 Experience working with PR agencies, press material development, and managing brand messaging.
🔹 Proficient in creating, developing, managing and optimizing social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram predominantly), developing coherent calendars and aligning with strategy.
🔹 Strong skills in producing and localizing content for various channels (social, blog, email, etc.). You will need to have a way with words and be able to produce compelling, clear, and brand-aligned messaging across different platforms.
🔹 Experience with performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting to optimize marketing initiatives.
🔹 Ability to work with cross-functional teams (design, CRM, copywriting, PR, etc.) and external agencies.
🔹 Fluency in English is a must
